Christmas 2020
Scenic Rim Bride Christmas 2020, a farewell to the year that was, and a welcome to 2021. This fun filled festive celebration took place at White Chapel and Black Hall. Located in the quaint country town of Kalbar, in picturesque Scenic Rim.
Inside the all White Chapel, featured minimal furniture creating a feeling of space. Natural light shone through the chapel windows as guests arrived, dressed in all white. I planned a spectacular balloon install to frame the arch on the wooden stage. It was designed to transform the chapel stage into a wow factor photo backdrop. But sadly, the balloon artist was not able to make it on the day. Because weather elements of torrential rain had caused flooding in the Currumbin region. So thankfully, the incorporation of a lush velvet lounge with gold tables, created the perfect splash of colour! Capturing the stage with our guest list was a stylish fun open air photo booth.
Upon arrival, our guests were greeted with Aperol Spritz and Sparkling, as floral displays and colourful signage provided a warm welcome.

Wandering through the lush gardens, Courtney and Roxy from Bunch It Up.
Champagne freely flowed as mingling guests were invited to Black Hall to partake in a seated dining experience. Located directly behind White Chapel is Black Hall featuring a moody yet modern inspired barn. Lush green foliage and chrome dipped lights suspended down from the hall’s exposed beams.
Tables were left bare while crushed velvet runners were adorned with arrangements of fresh and dried white florals. Tiered place settings of black tableware and forest green napkins, topped with personalised stationery and gold tassels set the mood.
Guests indulged in a two course dinner featuring entree and main, paired with local wine and sweet friands. Inside, the fireplace was set to low with the air condition on high. Soft background music provided the perfect ambience for friends to connect and enjoy the festivities.

The moody, yet modern interior of Black Hall. It was the perfect backdrop for black and white, emerald and metallic palette.

THE TERRACE
Relaxed, sophistication set the mood. A mix of leather and velvet furniture positioned by the outdoor fireplace created the perfect chill out zone. While espresso martinis flowed from a pop up garden bar as guests farewelled 2020.
Scenic Rim Bride Christmas 2020 was a planned event to bring industry friends together. Therefore, providing the perfect opportunity to connect with new, and existing partners of Scenic Rim Bride.
