What was the inspiration behind this shoot concept?
Spicers is known for it’s rustic elegance.Our mission was to shine a new light on the venue using a minimal style. The style was country luxe with a ‘less is more’ theme.Our focus was on the dress‘Eden’ a bohemian gown with textural beading by local designer, Ulyana Aster’s latest collection.
What are some of the highlights you had during the shoot process:
Curating our team and style direction to achieve an effortless flow.Finding the perfect dress emanating an ethereal yet modern bohemian style.The arrival of dripping florals melded with classic roses in a muted palette.Choosing the right model Stella, who evoked a timeless beauty and grace.Watching our team on the day, each in their own element working effortlessly together.

What led you to decide on this venue/shoot location?
Scenic Rim Bride is working closely with Spicers assisting couples who wish for a luxury elopement experience.
What was your favourite detail about the shoot day?
The motif from our dress which was sculpted into the cake evoking a timeworn elegance.Candles dripping on a stoney stairway leading to nowhere…

Sun kissed cloud reflections on the water whilst the sunset over the mountain ranges creating dream light.

Taking place in a breathtaking chapel set amongst the lavender fields at Kooroomba Vineyard. At 10am it was 33 degrees. At 5pm it was 38 degrees. Did it stop our guests from having a good time, hell no!!
Turning ONE in any new business is cause for a celebration. And what a year to celebrate!
In 12 short months, Scenic Rim Bride has curated 12+ incredible shoots and partnered with over 25 venues and 40+ vendors. Curating beautiful content for the promotion of local venues, featured on national and international wedding platforms. Shining the light on Scenic Rim weddings from the UK to the USA, Germany and Australia wide. From well renowned bridal platforms such as Festival Brides, Nouba Blog, To the Aisle Australia, Queensland Brides, One + One, Polka Dot Bride and The Wedding Playbook. It was a dream to style the architecturally designed chapel in a lavender field. The style brief was a relaxed cocktail vibe. Transforming the space from the unexpected! The dress code was white.
Atmosphere is key for an event and with Josh Lovegrove peforming live, guests were in for a treat! The performance was harmonious as guests mingled taking in the 360 views from the open air chapel. Although there was a slight haze in the air, the scene was undoubtedly beautiful.
Bunch It Up went above and beyond creating beautiful floral installations.From dried preserves in small stone bowls to toffee coloured roses, reflecting the natural elements of the surrounds.
Hello Little Crumb delivered a sweet surprise. Five tiers each filled with a unique flavour, including one gluten free.Including delicious mini cinnamon, nutmeg and yoghurt donuts injected with lemon curd. Finished with a lemon yoghurt glaze and hint of gold leaf.
Guests were greeted with a glass of sparkling and lime caviar pearls upon arrival.
Rambling Rose kept guests hydrated in style with a beautiful mix of crystal glassware, filled with mouth watering cocktails. To top it off, LovenWishes Styled Events created a majestic balloon install.
Laura Elizabeth Design created beautiful signage revealing the date for the first ever Scenic Wedding Trail 2020.
Kooroomba Restauant served up delicious canapes paired with exceptional service and spectacular views!
