Our authentic gelato is handcrafted in Coolangatta by our Italian friend, Davide. We know it’s the best because he studied at the famous Gelati University in Bologna, Italy. Yep, you heard right… Gelati University. These traditional gelato-making methods ensure we have the real taste of Italy in every scoop. By using the highest quality ingredients we guarantee the denser consistency and richer taste that differentiates gelato from ice cream. With over 50 delicious flavours to choose from, including our decadent Salted Caramel & Nutella or the more traditional Sicilian Pistachio, we are confident there is a flavour combination to suit your big day.
