Biographical Info

EMBERS wood fire dining is a roaming wood fire dining experience run by chefs Simon Furley, Alex Hall and Kyle McNamara, offering fine-dining tasting menus to country-style relaxed banquets.  We have worked together for 6 years maintaining back-to-back chef hats and achieved many other accolades alongside these.  Such as;
