This winter, the Scenic Rim Wedding Trail launches Taste the Trail, and you’re invited!  Delight in menu samples ahead of your wedding day with esteemed chefs, In Season and Gareth Keenan catering.  Each tasting plate is $15 and can be ordered ahead of the Trail, or on the day!

  • Braised Beef Cheeks w/ truffle pommes puree, parsnip crisps & a beef & port jus. (gf)

  • Pan fried potato gnocchi, pumpkin puree, fried kale, parmesan cheese, hazelnut (v)
  • Caramelised pork belly, sweet potato and ginger, lychee and chilli salsa, yuzu dressing, crackling (gf) (df)
  • Ballotine rolled chicken stuffed with chorizo spinach and sundried tomato, chicken pan juices (gf)(df)
