The Menu
- Red grape, red wine wash cheese, jammon wrapped prunes, red wine jelly, beetroot crisp, native foliage.
- Fresh raspberry, sparkling shiraz.
- Custom signature orange curd flan, wavey meringue.
- Bespoke sweet lemon rind featuring yellow mousse and white wine jelly cubes. Frosted yellow rose petals on rock salt.
- Limoncello spritz with elderflower.
- Cloudy apple pisco sour, viola foam, wasabi pea dust.
- Canapes. Sweetcorn sponge. Green mousse, succulents. White toast with native lime pearl.
